Why is the product sold out?
We create a custom product, so we can only do so many a week. Be sure to join the waitlist to be the first to hear when we have more availability.
Where do I need to be located?
We support proposals all around the world. Your story is unique, so whether you’re a research scientist in the Arctic Circle or planning a surprise while traveling from New York to London, we’ll design a moment that fits your life and your love. No location is too remote and no itinerary is too complicated our planning methods cross time zones and terrains so your proposal feels natural, personal, and unforgettable.
How much money do I need to propose?
Our guide will be tailored to your unique situation. Don’t worry, even if you have a budget of $0 for your proposal it’s still going to be special!
How long does the questionnaire take?
About 20-40 minutes. The more detail you provide, the better your custom plan will be.
When will I receive my proposal plan?
Within 7 days of completing your questionnaire. Need it faster? We offer rush option for an additional fee.

What is The Q Prep Session?
A one-on-one video coaching call to help you prepare, calm the nerves, and make sure you're ready to pop the Q with confidence.
Do I need to be on camera for the prep session?
Nope! Camera on or off—your choice.
How soon can I book a session?
Sessions are typically scheduled within 30 days. Need something sooner? For a fee we can do that!(subject to availability). We're available Monday–Saturday, 10am–10pm.
Will my partner find out?
We take discretion seriously.
All communications come from Pop the Q with no mention of proposals in subject lines. We recommend using a personal email your partner doesn't have access to. Consider this your one hall pass to be sneaky—she'll thank you later.
What if I already have a ring?
Perfect! Our focus is on the proposal experience—not selling you a ring. Already having one puts you ahead of the game.
What if I don't have a ring yet?
No problem. Your plan can include timeline recommendations for ring shopping, or tips for proposing without a ring if that fits your style.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds—but here's the deal. If you follow the guide and somehow still get a no, the first round's on us. We'll send you a $75 bar tab to process, regroup, and call your crew. Then when you're ready, reach out. We'll figure out next steps together.
What if my proposal doesn't go as planned?
Proposals rarely go 100% to script—and that's okay. What matters is the moment and the meaning. Your guide prepares you to adapt and stay confident no matter what. We've got you covered. Don't worry.
Is my information kept private?
Absolutely. Your questionnaire responses and personal details are never shared or sold. This is between you, us, and the big moment.
Is this just for men?
Anyone planning a proposal is welcome. We'll ask about you and your partner in the questionnaire so we can personalize everything to your relationship.
